OREANDA-NEWS.  The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2014".

In order to ensure recovery of Ukraine's economy and immediate stabilization of financial situation (taking into account realities of economic situation) were made amendments to the state budget for 2014, based on provisions of the Government Action Program and on updated main macroeconomic forecast of development of Ukraine for 2014.
The Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2014" provides:
- reduction of state budget (with intergovernmental transfers) on UAH 22.4 billion to UAH 372.9 billion.
- spending reduction and state budget credits lending (with intergovernmental transfers) on UAH 26.3 billion to UAH 444.9 billion.
- reduction of public deficit on UAH 3.0 billion to UAH 68.6 billion.
