OREANDA-NEWS. SIA Delfi Holding has transferred 100% of the shares of the Ukraine subsidiary LLC Delfi, which operated news portal delfi.ua. The purpose of the transaction is to terminate business activity in Ukraine as stated in the announcement published on 2 February 2014.

The intellectual property related to the portal will still belong to SIA Delfi Holding but the portal will be operated on a contractual basis by persons not related to AS Ekspress Grupp.

The transaction can't be treated as a transaction with a related party and the members of the supervisory and management board do not have any personal interest in the transaction.
