OREANDA-NEWS. The RF Commercial Seaports Association held its 27th Conference in St. Petersburg where it finalized results of the Contest for the Best Stevedore Company 2013 of the Commercial Seaports Association. Murmansk Commercial Seaport was recognized as the winner of the Contest.

The annual Contest for the Best Stevedore Company of the Commercial Seaports Association was established to identify top performing achievers among Russian stevedore companies and to enable other stevedore ports of Russia to adopt their best practices.

The Commercial Seaports Association is a pool of 50 plus entities and sites involved in the sea transport industry of Russia. The Association's mission is coordination of efforts exerted by members of this professional community to create environment conducive to effective development of sea transport businesses and fulfillment of Russia's transport potential.
