OREANDA-NEWS. On March 19, 2014, Transaero Airlines has launched a new phone line allowing passengers to pay for the air tickets using bank cards. In addition to the already existing numbers Transaero clients can now contact Transaero Call Center via +7 (812) 602-0000 number also supporting the option of credit or debit card payments.

To buy a ticket passengers are asked to submit the following information: client's ID details, bank card details and e-mail address. As soon as payment is processed the client gets an itinerary receipt sent to his or her e-mail address.

As Transaero sets the payment security as priority, tickets can only be booked by card holders for themselves or for one traveler in a group (if booking tickets for several passengers at a time).

Phone payment service through Transaero Call Center was introduced in February 2013. The Call Center offers Transaero passengers opportunities to book a ticket, make payments or change the tickets booked earlier.

The participants of Transaero Privilege frequent flyer programme and Corporate Club programme are also welcome to book reward tickets over the phone as well as to upgrade their class of service using the collected points.
