OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2014. In MEGABANK started action for pensioners "VIP-service", which will last until August 31 this year. Participants of the action may be pensioners who decide to open current accounts with the bank to receive the pension. Privileges of this action are as follows:

when placing funds on any deposit (excluding the deposit named “On demand”) a pensioner is entitled to receive a bonus in the form of an additional 1% per annum to the current rates at the time of the client's application to MEGABANK;

free providing of a power of attorney to pension and deposit accounts;

interest accrual to the balance on the current pension account number 2620 (without opening a payment card and with NSMEP card) and card account of the international payment systems – 15% per annum.

Recall that MEGABANK has cooperated with the Pension Fund since 2001. As of January 1, 2014 the bank served 45,428 pensioners and 93,304 recipients of social benefits. Today MEGABANK offers pensioners using tariff packages which involve:

current account opening for receiving a pension through the bank;

current account opening using a plastic card of the National System of Mass Electronic Payments (NSMEP);

opening of a debit plastic card of the IPS system.

In addition, for pensioners – depositors it was designed a bonus program “Care”, which prescribes interest increase by 0.5% per annum to the current interest rate on deposits in local currency and by 0.3% per annum – in foreign currency.

Recall that today in MEGABANK there are such deposits as: "2+2", "Productive month", "Term with replenishment" (with capitalization of interest, monthly interest payments or interest payments at the end of the period), "On demand". More other, different loyalty programs operate in the bank.
