With regard to the agreement concerning the sale of 100% of the shares of its Ukraine subsidiary Pravex-Bank to CentraGas Holding Gmbh, Intesa Sanpaolo informs that the transaction has not been completed yet being still subject to the approval of the Ukrainian Authorities.

Therefore, Pravex-Bank is still owned and managed by the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
