The high procurement management level as well as the well-developed system of corporate procurement regulations and methods had a positive impact on 'Russian Grids' rating.

Significant heterogeneity of the procurement management level in the Company's subsidiaries, the risk of conflict of interests in some of them, as associated with consideration of differences with the procurement participants, and insufficient disclosures of published annual comprehensive procurement plans for suppliers were highlighted as the restraining factors.
