In order to optimize and increase the efficiency of marine transport organizations management President of Russia by his Decree No. 139 accepted the Government of Russia suggestion to reorganize FSUE “Rosmorport” by merger with FSUE “Moryak” Recreation Centre (Mozhaysk town, Moscow Region).

Necessary measures for implementation of the President of Russia Decree should be taken within three months.

FSUE “Moryak” Recreation Centre reports to Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) in accordance with the Government of Russia regulation dated  31.12.2004 No. 1748-r. The enterprise was registered on 22 March 1994 in the Tax Ministry of Russia Inspectorate in Mozhaysk town, Moscow Region. The main types of economic activities of the enterprise are activities of recreation center, hotels and restaurants, other accomodation units, and the additional activity is tourist services. The recreation center is located in the Mozhaysk area of Moscow Region near Shishimorovo village.
