Diesel Imports to Moldova Increased 17,6% in 2013
OREANDA-NEWS. March 20, 2014. In 2013 Moldova was importing diesel from Romania chiefly, the National Energy Regulatory Agency said. Romania's share amounted to 60.5% in the overall volume of the diesel imported to our country.
The share of Russia was 17.2%; the shares of Belarus and Israel made up 10.5% and 8.1% respectively; the share of Austria amounted to 2.1%, Ukraine's share being 0.4%. The major diesel importer was LUKoil-Moldova, whose share made up 31.7% of the total volume of the diesel supplied to Moldova in 2013.
The market share of Rompetrol Moldova was 22%, Tirex-Petrol supplied 14.1% of all the diesel imported, Petrom-Moldova’s share made up 11.4%, Andezit’s one was 4.6%, Moldis Trading deliveries amounted to 3.4%,the share of Avante was 3.2%, the shares of Gloria-Qvarc and Energo Petrol making 2.1% and 2% respectively.
In 2013 the raises in the import were reported by LUKoil-Moldova – 13.2%, Tirex-Petrol – 3%, Rompetrol Moldova – 2.8%, Moldis Trading – 16.3%, Andezit – 3 times The declines in the diesel import were recorded at Petrom Moldova and Vero-Nadina, making 11.3% and 28.8% respectively. Licensed Moldresurse, Arnaut Petrol and Bemol Trading were not importing diesel during the reporting period. Dies Tehnologie and Vitla-Petrol, which obtained the licenses, imported 0.8% and 0.1% of the overall volume of the diesel imported to Moldova in 2013.
