OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency changed 'Resonance' insurance company reliability rating outlook from developing to negative. The negative outlook means high probability of downgrading the rating in the mid-term. At present, the Company has rating A, which means high reliability, the third sublevel.

The outlook change is due to transfer of 'My Bank. Mortgage' OJSC, investments into which accounted for 22.9% of the Company's investments as of January 28, 2014, for financial rehabilitation.
