In a response to passenger and media queries, Ukraine International Airlines confirmed that, apart from some cancellations due to reduced demand, the airline continues to operate its full schedule of international, domestic and charter flights. Punctuality, operational reliability and safety are maintained at the highest industry levels.

“Over the past three weeks our punctuality has averaged over 90%”, stated UIA’s Vice President Operations, Captain Igor Sosnovski, “and during last week 95.4% of our flights departed on time. All our international airports are safe and are operating normally. We understand that safety, reliability and punctuality are the most important factors for airline passengers; and we will continue to satisfy all those requirements.”
