OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2014. A Cadre Conference was convened by MCC Overseas Ltd. President Guo Wenqing and Vice President Xu Xiangchun of MCC Group were present at the meeting.
At the conference, Xu Xiangchun announced the determination of MCC Group on the leader adjustment for MCC Overseas.

According to the determination, Zou Weimin was nominated as the Party Secretary and would not hold the concurrent post of General Manager; and Wu Qingyu was nominated as the Director, General Manager and Vice Party Secretary of MCC Overseas.
Guo Wenqing delivered an important speech at the conference, made an introduction to the adjustment of the leaders, and expressed the great expectations of MCC Group on the development of MCC Overseas.

He pointed out that, the adjustment of the leading group of MCC Overseas was a far-sighted decision made by MCC Group after repeated consideration on the development situation and responsibilities undertaken by MCC Overseas. He expected that the new leading group could lead all the employees to make careful analysis on business, reform with keen determination, strictly implement the ideology and overseas strategy of MCC Group, work solidly, make strict management on cadres and achieve perfect performance.

Guo put forward four requirements to the new leaders and all the cadres of MCC Oversea:
I. Making strict management on cadres. The new leading group of MCC Overseas shall start from the foundation work, make strict management on management cadres from the top level to the grass-root, and intensify efforts on transforming working style of the cadres.
II. Vigorously developing markets. MCC Overseas shall: (i) select and appoint talented and capable people for market exploration and project undertaking; (ii) strengthen collaboration with the other subsidiaries of MCC Group on marketing; and (iii) quickly promote the implementation of the current projects and achieve substantial benefits.

III. Exercising strict control over project risks. Deliberateness shall be made during the whole project process (from the project development and the final-period management). MCC Overseas will surly witness fast growth if only it could win good project contracts, make effective control on risks and motivate all the employees for project execution.

IV. Accelerating reform, undertaking responsibilities and changing the current situation. Withstanding pressures, MCC Group has created perfect opportunities for the development of MCC Overseas. All the people shall act in positive and motivational manner, quickly change the current situation, undertake the corresponding responsibilities and make perfect performance. Everyone shall undertake the duties for overseas market exploration and business growth of MCC Group, and make contribution to realize the business target of MCC Group, according to which the overseas revenue portion shall be increased from the current 5% to 20%.

Zou Weimin and Wu Qingyu respectively aired opinions at the conference, stating that they would firmly obey the decisions of MCC Group and redouble efforts on their duties in the follow-up work.

After the conference, Guo Wenqing and his delegation members conducted in-depth communication with the cadres of MCC Overseas present at the meeting.
