OREANDA-NEWS. ALIDI was ranked 15 in the list of the best Russian employers 2013. ALIDI was named among the leaders together with such companies as Nestle Russia, Volvo Group Russia, Procter & Gamble etc. Best Russian Employers Survey is a project, organized by HeadHunter, Russian biggest internet recruitment resource the fourth time.

Participation in the survey was free and open for the companies with the staff of more than 100 employees. The invitation was sent to the most part of companies, operating on the territory of Russia. 700 companies sent their requests for participation, 174 of them were included into the final list.

“ALIDI takes part in the survey of the best Russian employers for the third time. And for the third time we are among leaders, though the number of participants is annually growing, - says Julia Lyashenko, HR-director, ALIDI Group. - The competition between employers is undoubtedly very high. To my mind, results of the survey show the high level of professionalism and social responsibility of ALIDI TOP-management. We are always very attentive to employees' progress, and our employees are very committed to the company”.

According to the survey results, Google is on the first position in the list of the best employers. The Mary Kay Company took part in the survey for the first time and was ranked second. The Russian company, MTS was listed third.

“During preparation for the survey, we used the world practice and evaluated the companies from different points of view: applicants' opinion, HR-professionals' opinion and employees' opinion, - says Nina Osovitskaya, consultant of the Best Russian Employers Survey. - The total score of each company included: 40% - applicants' opinion, 40% - employees' opinion, 20% - HR-specialists opinion. Summarizing these results we got the companies' ranking”.
