OREANDA-NEWS. March 14, 2014. As in previous years, a delegation from Sberbank CIB will take part in MIPIM, the most influential and authoritative real estate show.

This year around 18,000 professionals from 80 countries will attend the show. Over 4,000 international investors will have the chance to consider opportunities and evaluate the development potential of projects presented by 1,700 participating organisations.

Sberbank CIB’s delegation includes representatives of the Client Management Department, Loans Department and Merchant Banking Department3. The show will be attended by Natalya Chibrikova, Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Unit of the Client Management Department, Dmitry Kanushkin, Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Finance Division of the Loans Department, and James Corrigan, Managing Director of Sberbank Merchant Banking.
The members of Sberbank CIB’s delegation will speak at a number of events at the show that are related to the Russian real estate market and its investment appeal, including RBC’s round table “Real estate in Russia 2014: strategies for attracting investment”.

Also the delegates will participate in discussions organised by the Moscow City Government and The Moscow Times – investment conference “Moscow on the global real estate market”,  seminar “Moscow calling: drivers of the real estate market”, and others.

Moscow and the capital’s real estate market will be the key topic of these discussions.

Sberbank of Russia’s stand titled “We Build the Future” and adorned with decorative building components, will be open throughout MIPIM. A distinctive feature of the stand will be its video wall that will display the real estate properties that are financed by Sberbank. The stand will also feature a lounge zone with a Sberbank-branded fresh bar and an interactive photo zone where visitors will be able to get their photo taken and have it sent it via email or printed instantly in a branded frame.

The annual MIPIM show, which in 2014 is being held for the twenty-fifth time, is a key event for representatives of the real estate sector.
