OREANDA-NEWS. March 14, 2014. President Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed to increase the salaries of production workers from April 2014 at an enlarged cabinet meeting on 14 February this year. JSC "Araltuz" is one of the first to respond to the President’s appeal. Pay rise will be imposed on its employees for 10 percent starting from next month.

There are more than 750 employees. Last year, the company running by the Spanish technology produced and exported to CIS countries about 138 tons of salt. More than 22 thousand tons of salt, of those 13 000 tons – table salt, the rest - technical and other types of salt were produced this year. Investment amounted to 2 billion tenge. Successful operation of the plant allowed to carry out the instructions of the President effectively.

About 30 percent of employees of JSC "Araltuz" are women. One of them, a packer Meiramgul Aymagambetova has been working here for 32 years. "To help the family is much better than sitting idly at home. Besides working conditions at our factory have been improving from year to year," she says.

- The President instructed all institutions to raise wages of employees. We can do it, because our products are highly demanded. We have recently updated the equipment, and working conditions of workers are paid constant attention, the Vice President Mukan Myrzagul says.

Enterprise with 90 years of history "Araltuz" exports its products to Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other neighboring countries. The management plan includes a partnership with Saudi Arabia, Japan and China, thereby to contribute to the socio-economic growth of the region.
