Finishing Works of LNPP-2 First Unit Buildings Continue

Finishing works, which are being carried out in the security building, are overseen by the FWD (Finishing works department) of OJSC SUS. As of today, the specialists commenced finishing of completed rooms, with a large scope of work yet to be done.
One of the rooms adjacent to the reactor at elevation of -7.200 of the LNPP-2 first unit's reactor building was put in order by the department personnel: walls and ceilings were painted. The walls at elevation of 0.000 are being finished and painted. At the same time, at elevation of +14.000 the rooms for installation of the process equipment are being finished (plasterwork, application of putty, painting are carried out).
Finishing works are performed in the control building. Concrete casting of finish floor at elevation of 0.000. Finishing and painting of walls and ceilings. Concrete casting of finish floor, painting of walls and ceilings at elevation of +4.700. The FWD department is also involved in the works. It is planned to complete the finishing works in March-April of the current year.

The companies perform full cycle of construction and erection works from development of design documentation to commissioning of the facility.
Holding “TITAN-2” acts as one of the main contractors for construction of power generating units No 1 and No 2 of Leningradskaya NPP-2. The companies of the holding execute 30% of civil construction works and 80% of erection works on construction site. The specialists of the holding are engaged at the facilities of the first and second power generating units of Leningradskaya NPP-2. The works are carried out in the buildings of the reactor, turbine, power supply, water supply and heat supply, as well as in other buildings of the power generating units.
