OREANDA-NEWS.   Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 6 March 2014 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that a company controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, acquired during the period from 4 March to 6 March 2014 a total of 226,652 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 27.8 PLN per share.
