OREANDA-NEWS. The Kama-Kazakhstan Trade House has opened the first in the Republic of Kazakhstan automated tire logistics center for sale and servicing of tires produced by the Nizhnekamsk tire Complex of TATNEFT in the Astana Free Economic Zone.

With the opening of the tire logistics complex the customers and dealers of JSC TATNEFT's tire complex have received a number of important advantages: transport accessibility, a wide range of products, prompt shipment, possibility of a preliminary order placement and reduction of costs for warehousing. Now large companies having a branch network may cover tires demand throughout Kazakhstan under a single contract.

The areas of the tire logistics complex house an exhibition hall, where the entire products range of JSC TATNEFT's tire production complex is displayed, warehouses, as well as the “Tyre & Service” sales and service network station. In addition there will be also put into operation a workshop for restoration of KAMA solid steel cord tires there.

The warehouse complex is furnished with modern equipment and software providing for simultaneous storage of 25 thousand truck tires and 60 thousand passenger car tires. The warehouse throughput capacity is up to 1.5 million tires per month.

The goods distribution network of the “Kama” Trade House covers all the federal districts of Russia. The plans envisage further increase of sales and provision of extensive customer service.

The petrochemical complex of JSC TATNEFT sells 245 items of passenger car, agricultural, truck, light truck and solid steel cord tires. Nizhnekamsk tires are exported to 42 countries of the world.

Every third Russian car owner acquires KAMA, KAMA EURO or Viatti tires for his car. The tires of JSC TATNEFT's petrochemical complex are used for original equipment assembly by AvtoVAZ, GM-AvtoVAZ, KAMAZ, GAZ Group, NefAZ, Sollers, Volkswagen Group Rus companies and other automakers.

31 new retail sale and service centers were opened in 2013, as part of expanding the “Tyre & Service” network. To date, the network includes 167 retail outlets, including CIS and far abroad countries. The “Tyre & Service” network provides for tires' sales and service along with retreading of KAMA series N tires.
