OREANDA-NEWS. The Extraordinary Meeting of OTKRITIE Bank Shareholders held on 4 March elected a new Board of Directors.

Konstantin Bobrov, Evgeny Dankevich and Anatoly Predtechensky were re-elected to continue to serve on the Board of Directors.

Additionally, the shareholders elected four new members:

Ruben Aganbegyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Otkritie FC;

Alexey Karakhan, Deputy CEO, Otkritie FC;

Sergey Kovtun, Deputy CFO, NOMOS-BANK;

Tatyana Serebrennikova, Senior Vice-President, NOMOS-BANK.

The changes in the Board of Directors reflect the strategy of further integration of Otkritie's banking business. According to the strategy, corporate control and corporate governance centres would be set up at the level of NOMOS-BANK as the holding company of the banking group.
