OREANDA-NEWS. NOMOS-BANK has completed the issue of its three-year BO-04 bonds (ID number: 4B020402209B of December 28, 2011 ) of RUB 5 billion and set the interest rate of the first and second coupon at 9.30% per annum, or RUB 46.12 per bond for the first coupon and RUB 46.88 for the second coupon. The total coupon yield payable for the first and second coupon period is RUB 465 million.

The interest income payment the first coupon period will be made on 28/08/2014 and on the second on 02/28/2015.

The series BO-04 bonds were admitted to trading during placement and entered on the first-level “A” quotation list admitted to trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange. The total number of bonds placed was 5,000,000.

The placement organizers were NOMOS-BANK and Otkritie Bank.

At present, there are two issues in circulation of Bank bonds of classic series: 11 (RUB 5 billion) and 12 (RUB 5 billion) and five issues of bonds BO-2 (RUB 5 billion), BO-03 (RUB 5 billion), BO-04 (RUB 5 billion), BO-05 (RUB 7 billion), BO-6 (RUB 7 billion). All the Bank's bond issues are traded on the MICEX Stock Exchange in the first-level “A” quotation list. All NOMOS-BANK issues (excepting BO-04) are also included in the Lombard list and list of securities accepted as collateral for repo transactions by the Bank of Russia.

In addition to its Russian bonds, NOMOS-BANK has four Eurobonds in circulation totaling USD 1.65 billion. A subordinated issue of USD 350 million was placed April 2010 maturing 2015; a subordinated issue of USD 500 million was placed April 2012 maturing 2019; a senior issue of USD 500 million was posted in April 2013 maturing 2018; and a subordinated issue of USD 300 million was placed December 2012 maturing 2019.
