OREANDA-NEWS. Kirov-Energomash (a subsidiary of the Kirov Group) will perform a contract for the delivery of a batch of radar stations. The equipment whose total cost exceeds USD 1 mln will be shipped to the customer in 2014.

Under the contract with a subsidiary of JSC Almaz-Antey Air Defence Concern, Kirov Energomash will produce a batch of radar stations (radars). The company will produce high-tech complexes comprising a device for rapid deployment of mobile detection systems, sliding supports and a lifting mechanism of the radar.

The enterprise will provide the full cycle of radar production using its own production facilities. The carriers with detachable equipment for subsequent installation of antenna devices and antenna post equipment will be delivered to the customer in 2014.
