OREANDA-NEWS.  Managing Director, Business Development at Brunswick Rail, Vladimir Khoroshilov, participated in a business meeting of "Gudok" Publishing House entitled "The rolling and traction stock leasing market 2014: Current problems and prospective niches".

The event was attended by representatives of RZD, rolling stock operators, and leasing companies such as WEB Leasing, Sberbank Leasing, and Raiffeisenbank.

Vladimir Khoroshilov spoke about the current situation in the cargo transportation market of Russia, about the successful practice of operational leasing, and its advantages and prospects.

Additionally, during the panel session participants discussed the mechanisms for leasing program support by the state, and the change in rates for the freight car leasing market under conditions of a rolling stock surplus.
