OREANDA-NEWS. B&N Bank's interest-bearing documentary nonconvertible bearer exchange bonds of series BO-02 are admitted to MICEX "A" quotation list of the 1st level according to resolution of MICEX Board of Directors. This fact proves a strong credit quality of the issuer.  

B&N Bank placed 3-year exchange bonds of series BO-02 for the total amount of RUB 3 billion in September 2013. Par value is RUB 1,000 (one thousand) per bond.

The issue has 6 coupon periods of 183 days each and a put option in 1 year after the date of placement. In December 2013, B&N Bank's BO-02 exchange bonds were included in the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia.
