OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch in Sochi has concluded a civil liability insurance contract with the owner of the amusement park in the city of Sochi. The limit of liability under the contract is USD 10 M.

Insurance protection is provided in respect of the property interests of the insured related to the obligation to pay compensation for the damage to life, health, and property of third persons caused by the operation of the amusement park. The policy covers common risks, such as a fall on wet or slippery surfaces, fire, collapse of buildings and structures, as well as the specific risks associated with the specifics of the insured business, such as damage due to breakage of the recreational facilities, damage to life and health of the visitors caused due to inadequate information on the risks associated with the use of a specific amusement ride, and other similar risks.
