OREANDA-NEWS. In February of 2014, the regular social projects contest, held by Trubodetal Plant (JSC Trubodetal, Chelyabinsk, a part of United Metallurgical Company, CJSC OMK), has launched in the Novosineglazovsky settlement. The contest participants are to submit projects aimed at improving the quality and comfort of life in the settlement including projects that go towards developing sports, culture, and the support of charitable activities.

The jury will determine the winners by vote. The company will implement the best projects, and the winners will receive cash awards.

The contest has 500,000 RUB in financing. This sum can be spent on the implementation of either one large project or several smaller ones. The contest will last until June 1, 2014. Employees of Trubodetal Plant and citizens of the Novosineglazovsky settlement can submit their ideas to the contest jury.

Trubodetal Plant has been holding the “Life Changing Simple Ideas contest” since 2011. During this time, the company has implemented a number of initiatives in Novosineglazovsky. The largest of them are: the Prizvaniye culture and leisure center for children and teens, the Burevestnik kickboxing school for children and youth, and the Gornitsa club for the elderly. At present, the plant is constructing an outdoor gym for working out.
