OREANDA-NEWS.   A new product – a gas-powered KAMAZ grain carrier – was presented at the 17th international specialized exhibition Agrocomplex: Interagro. Animed. Farmer of the Volga Region in Kazan during the Volga Agroindustrial Forum.
Grain-Carrier 68902S based on KAMAZ-65117-34 by RariTEK, OJSC KAMAZ’s distributor of gas-powered vehicles, complies with the Euro 4 emission standard. The fuel system of the vehicle is equipped with eight cylinders to hold 160 m3 of CNG at a pressure of 200 atmospheres and cover about 400 km without refueling. All characteristics and advantages of the new product have already been presented to Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan; Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of Tatarstan’s State Council; Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food; and also representatives of federal authorities.
The participants of the exhibition managed to discuss problems of the industry, get new acquaintances, examine new equipment and products, and also demonstrate their capacities to representatives of ministries and authorities and agribusiness experts responsible for making decisions on purchases.
