OREANDA-NEWS.  Zavolzhskiy Motorny Zavod following the results of 2013 has derived the proceeds in amount of 36.7 million rbl. (without VAT) from infrastructure service for residents of industrial park.

Since 2012 “ZMZ” develops a new departure - rendering of paid infrastructure services for residents of industrial park, i.e. for companies "LEONI", "Daido Metal Rus", "Trelleborg", "Flaig+Hommel", "SOLLERS-Spezautomobili", "FERRUM".

Particularly for rendering of such services as heat and water supply engineering, sewage disposal, repair and maintenance of utilities, the profit amounts 32.2 million rubles.

The proceeds for engineering supervision for upkeep and construction of building and facilities, all-year servicing of areas assigned to residents, construction of asphalt pavements and selling of asphalt-concrete amount more than 4,5 million rubles.

In 2013 the spectrum of infrastructural services has been expanded: for residents was offered such service as industrial ecological monitoring.
