Eni Reports on Purchase of Treasury Shares
OREANDA-NEWS. During the period from February 10 to February 14, 2014, Eni acquired n. 645,000 shares for a total consideration of € 10,839,847.47, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Following the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, on 14 February 2014 Eni holds n. 16,538,287 shares equal to 0.46% of the share capital.
