OREANDA-NEWS.  February 25, 2014. As part of its ongoing effort to improve client services, Citadele Bank opened a redesigned Client Service Centre at the “ALFA” shopping centre today, April 12. The design is based on bank’s new and modern concept.

The purpose of this ongoing process is to ensure that the experience of clients at our service centres is as nice as possible and that transactions can be handled more quickly. Citadele is providing its Client Service Centres with a new and modern arrangement. The venues are lighter are more colourful, with more extensive use of the red tone that is part of the Citadele brand. As Citadele Bank is the only distributor of the American Express credit cards in Latvia, the new interior design includes elements from the American Express brand and its typical blue tone.

“It is important for us to ensure that clients who visit our Client Service Centres feel free and easy when receiving our bank’s services and professional consultations about our services and products,” says the director of the Citadele Retail and Small and Medium Company Services Directorate, Dace Priede.

This is the third Citadele Client Service Centre to have been redesigned in accordance with the new concept. The first one was opened last September at the “Galerija Centrs” shopping centre in Riga, and the second followed in November at the “Spice Home” shopping centre, where a new branch was opened.

Today Citadele Bank has 37 branches throughout Latvia.
