OREANDA-NEWS. February 24, 2014. Gayane Matzkin has been appointed HR director in Unibank who until recently was employed in the American company O.F. Mossberg & Sons as Human Resources Generalist.

Gayane Matzkin graduated from Albertus Magnus College in Connecticut, USA, Master of Arts in Leadership – honors. She has 13-year experience in various management fields including human resources, administrative and banking.

In Unibank Gayane will develop and coordinate personnel management process. The functional duties of HR director include selection, training and development of the personnel, improvement of motivation system, intercommunication and workforce development.

“For the recent years the activity of Unibank has considerably extended. We have 45 branches, the number of employees exceeds 1000. Inclusion of the experienced manager in the team will be conductive to optimize the organizational structure in accordance with the Bank’s strategy and introduce up-to-date trends in personnel management”, said Vardan Atayan, the Executive Board Chairman of Unibank.
