OREANDA-NEWS. February 21, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) acted as paying agent authorized by TransFin-M LLC to pay accrued interest on the third coupon of the company’s Series BO-08 issue bonds.

The holders of the company’s exchange-traded bonds were paid coupon interest at a rate of 10.5% per annum, or 52 rubles 36 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 104,720,000 rubles.

TransFin-M LLC offered its three-year Series BO-08 bonds on August 7, 2012, to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as manager and underwriter of the exchange-traded bond issue.
