OREANDA-NEWS. February 20, 2014. VTB and St Petersburg University Graduate School of Management (SPU GSM) have launched an advanced corporate training programme called New Energy for Leadership. Andrey Kostin, President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board and Director General of the Graduate School of Management, spoke at the launch ceremony for the programme.

Leading GSM faculty members with both academic and business experience have developed the programme for VTB Bank’s senior managers. This year 52 of them will take the programme, which takes 1.5 years and includes seven full-time modules and intense distance-learning courses covering incentivisation methods, leadership, team-building, and change and risk management.

After the opening ceremony, Mr Kostin gave a lecture on the corporate bond market for GSM graduate students including practical examples from the experience of VTB and VTB Capital.
