OREANDA-NEWS. On February 14, 2014, the successful issue of OJSC B&N BANK series BO-04 bonds (Standard & Poor's rating B, with Stable forecast ) took place with a total nominal value of RUB 2 billion, a maturity of six years, and an annual offer. The issue organizers were NOMOS-BANK / Otkritie Bank, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit Bank and Russian Agricultural Bank.

The applications book was open between 11th and 12th February 2014. The guideline rate for the first coupon rate was between 12.00% -12.50 % per annum, corresponding to a yield of 12.36 % - 12.89 % per annum. Overall demand during the marketing phase was more than RUB 2.8 billion. At the close of the applications book the interest rate for the first coupon bond was determined by the issuer at 12.00 % per annum (12.36% offer yield).

The bonds issue was conducted by public subscription via the MICEX trade and settlement systems. The placement saw 27 investors' applications met. The placement depositary was National Settlement Depository.

The issue meets the requirements of the A1 quotation list and the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia.
