OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus OAO Praimilk (affiliated with OAO Biocom) has started building a factory in Shchuchin (Grodno Region) to process up to 70 tonnes of lactoserum per day and produce serum concentrate, a company official told.

They plan to launch the factory in July 2015.

The new factory will use a lactoserum facility manufactured by SPX - one of the world's leading suppliers of equipment for the food industry.

They started building the factory in 2012 in the framework of the Belarusian government's innovative development programme for 2011-2015. The total value of the programme is estimated at Br190.5 billion (USD 19.7 million).
