OREANDA-NEWS. Since February 15, SOCAR has started transportation of its crude oil through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline.
Besides, currently negotiations are continued with the Russian ''Transneft'' for the continuation of pumping its oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline. The start of transportation of oil produced by SOCAR through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline ensures diversification of export routes of oil.
