OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2014. Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank, and Oleg Betin, Head of the Tambov region Administration, have signed a Cooperation Agreement on implementation of the State Program on Agribusiness Development and Market Regulation for Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Foodstuffs 2013-2020.

In the framework of the Agreement the Bank plans to increase its financing of the regional agribusiness. Investment loans will be extended for development of priority sub-sectors, the upgrade of machinery and technology of the regional agribusiness.

The Administration of the Tambov region takes a commitment to ensure financial support of the implementation of the State Program on Agribusiness Development and facilitate the provision of state-issued performance guarantees on behalf of agribusiness producers – borrowers of the Bank.
