In the annual TOP employers 2013 survey conducted by recruitment company CV-Online Latvia which gives a listing of the most attractive and desirable companies in Latvia Lattelecom has once again been rated as the 2nd most desirable employer in IT and telecommunications sector. It should be noted that Lattelecom has been rated as the 2nd most attractive employer in Latvia also in a similar survey conducted by CV-Market.

The results of the survey have also been appraised highly by Liga Mengelsone, Director General of the Employers' Confederation of Latvia (LDDK), who was pleased to note that the top employers list includes several Employers' Confederation of Latvia members (including also Lattelecom), as such high rating indicates clearly that a good employer must be socially responsible, must care about the wellbeing, social guarantees and education of the employees, and must defend the rights of the company and its employees by participating in law making process.”
