As part of the strategic plan on growing the bancassurance business in the region, BNP Paribas Cardif, the insurance arm of BNP Paribas, announced the appointment of See See OOI as the Deputy CEO Asia. In this newly created role, See See is in charge of the Business Development and of the South-East Asia Region.

Based in Hong Kong, See See OOI joined BNP Paribas Cardif in January 2014, bringing a wealth of experience in the bancassurance market, along with expertise in agents force management, telemarketing and Property & Casualty. She reports to Xavier GUILMINEAU, CEO Asia, BNP Paribas Cardif.

Before joining BNP Paribas Cardif, See See was Regional Head of Distribution for Generali Asia. In the previous years, she had held different senior positions in Great Eastern, AIA and Prudential.

BNP Paribas Cardif has had a presence in Asia for 15 years, with operations in seven countries: China, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, including six joint ventures (with Bank of Beijing in Chinai, SBI in India, Shinhan in South Korea, TCoB in Taiwan, Thai Life in Thailand and Vietcombank & Seabank in Vietnam).
