OREANDA-NEWS. GMCS, a member of MAYKOR, and SKB Kontur, a federal software designer, present a jointly developed integrated connector for electronic document flow (EDF) system Diadoc and ERP-system Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Connector is an interface that provides collaboration between Diadoc and an information management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, and is one of the first solutions that are implemented in the framework of cooperation between the companies.

Diadoc (service for e-document flow), designed by SKB Kontur, allows companies to transfer the all external legally valid document flow into electronic form. Exchange of documents (invoices, certificates, contracts, and others) is carried out through the Internet, and their relevance in law is ensured by using encrypted and certified digital signature (KEP).

“The electronic document flow has recently become quite popular, interest in electronic interaction is growing every month - says Edward Schiffman, head of strategic EDF direction of SKB Kontur. - Only for December 2013 about 50,000 companies exchanged electronic documents in Diadoc. Total number of documents, which were transmitted through the system in December, exceeded one million documents and more than half of them are electronic invoices. Despite the fact that the opportunity to exchange electronic invoices appeared only in the beginning of 2012”.

The integrated connector for Diadoc and Microsoft Dynamics AX enables to synchronize data between electronic signatures system and ERP-system.

The connector provides users of Microsoft Dynamics AX the possibility to work with electronic documents directly in the interface Microsoft Dynamics AX: processing of data on contractors, maintenance of a unified register of documents to sign, and sending one or several documents at the same time, monitoring documents signed contractors, etc. In addition, the connector provides access to archive of the original electronic documents on the provider's server, and allows to overlook and print copies of the documents.

“For companies it is very important ability to transfer electronic documents from EDF systems in the information system: for example, in the accounting system or financial management system, and back. The integration connector allows to automate this process and work convenient with documents in the internal accounting system. At the same time Microsoft Dynamics AX users do not need to make any effort to rework the system involving own or third-party experts,”- emphasizes Kseniya Chernikova, business director of GMCS.

At the moment, GMCS and SKB Kontur continue to cooperate in the sphere of solutions design and in other areas.
