City - XXI Vek Becomes Bank of Moscow Partner for Mortgage Crediting
OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2014. City - XXI vek development company accredited residential complexes Albatross and Podsolnukhi (Sunflowers) with the Bank of Moscow.
The bank's mortgage programme offers an interest rate that depends only on the credit amount and starts from 11.75% in rubles. If the initial instalment is below 20% of the apartment cost, the interest rate will increase by 0.6%. The term of mortgage crediting is up to 50 years, and the minimal amount of credit is 500 thousand rubles.
Currently the Bank of Moscow offers its clients a wide scope of mortgage crediting programmes: credits for purchase of apartments at the initial and secondary markets, for construction of a house, credits under one documents - for salary/corporate clients. Besides the Bank of Moscow charges no fees for the consideration of mortgage credit applications, account maintenance, loan disbursement and repayment before maturity date.

They get a wider selection of mortgage products for the solution of housing problems and can better assess their possibilities when choosing an apartment.
