OREANDA-NEWS. ]Alexander Saveliev, the representative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), resigned from his position of the member of the Supervisory Council of Siauliu bankas AB on 11 February 2014. It is planned that another representative of the EBRD shall be offered instead of the resigned member of the Supervisory Council.

On 12 February 2014 Supervisory Council of Siauliu bankas AB has elected Ilona Baranauskiene as the member of the Management Board of Siauliu bankas AB until the end of the tenure of the current Board.

During the meeting of the Supervisory Council of Siauliu bankas AB held on 12 February 2014 the resignation of Audrius Ziugzda from the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and the member of the Management Board before the end of the tenure has been accepted. A. Ziugzda resigned from the position of the Chief Executive Officer on 01 February 2014.
