OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2014. IC Allianz has concluded collateralized property insurance contracts with companies controlled by MLP, a prominent player on the warehousing property market. The total amount of coverage under the contracts is one billion US dollars.

Warehouse complex Leningradskiy Terminal with the total area of 193,276 sq m, located in the Solnechnogorskiy district of The Moscow Region, is insured for USD 353 mln. The second warehouse complex in Podolsk (The Moscow region) with the total area of 201,960.9 sq m is insured for USD360 mln. The third complex Utkina Zavod with the total area of 200,600.2 sq m, located in the Vsevolozhskiy district of The Leningrad Region, is insured for USD 285 mln.

Coverage under the contracts provides property insurance against all risks.
