Court Supports OFAS in Dispute with Yaroslavl Generating Company
OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2014. OFAS received a complaint from “Managing Company of the Northern Residential District” in Uglich that “YaGK” did not fulfill its obligations. Under the contract between the two companies, “YaGK” was obligated to supply heat energy for heating and hot water supply.
