OREANDA-NEWS. National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine registered the issue of bonds and prospectus for bond issue of Ukrtelecom JSC, series S, T, U, V.

The company plans to use the attracted funds in full to ensure dependable service and to increase the efficiency of current telecommunication network, construction and modernization of network infrastructure.

In particular, for expansion of broadband Internet access segment, capacity expansion of urban Ethernet-rings, modernization of optical backbone network (DWDM), continuation of the development of medium area networks and of modernization of central and regional transit nodes of data transmission network.
