Mr. Indrek Neivelt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Saint Petersburg, will not stand for election to the Supervisory Board at the Bank's next annual General Shareholders' Meeting, but will continue to act as Chairman until the AGM.

Mr. Indrek Neivelt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Saint Petersburg:

”I was honoured to be the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for 8 continuous years, trying to invest even more effort than is normally expected from a chairman.  My initial plan was to stay with the Bank for 4 years, but our cooperation has lasted twice as much. Those were very exciting years: the Bank grew 15-fold, was earning profit annually and went public. Today I am leaving a strong regional bank with a solid position in the market and an outstanding management team.”

Mr. Alexander Savelyev, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Saint Petersburg:

”Eight years of chairing the Supervisory Board is an impressive track record. We respect Mr. Neivelt's decision and would like to thank him for his significant contribution to the achievements of Bank Saint Petersburg which is impossible to describe in a single press release. Thanks to our joint efforts, the Bank is efficiently prepared for its next strategic milestone.”

The new Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be elected among the Supervisory Board members approved by the Bank's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting.
