OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2014. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) satisfied a petition of “ONEXIM” Group for purchasing 27.76% shares of “Uralkalii” OJSC.

At the same time, FAS sent an enquiry to the Register holder on the movement of shares of “Uralkalii” OJSC, because of information in the media that the transaction had been completed.

“If the information about executing the transaction of “ONEXIM” Group with “Uralkalii” OJSC without a preliminary approval, FAS shall initiate a case on administrative violation”, summed up the Head of FAS Department for Control over Chemical Industry and Agro-Industrial Complex, Anna Mirochinenko.
