OREANDA-NEWS. Headed by Vice-President Valery Golev, the delegation of FUNDSERVICEBANK has taken part at the 5th international conference - Trade Finance 2014: Russia and CIS, which has been held in Moscow at the premises of Kempinsky Nikolskaya Hotel. The conference was organized and run under auspices of Worldwide Expert Ltd., the British company of professionals in GR, research, business development and training. Worldwide Expert has for the fifth time gathered this regular conference, congregating leading representatives from international and local banks, trading companies, corporations, insurance companies, international financial institutions and government authorities. The conference was also supported by the EBRD. This forum has offered participants a unique platform for networking and discussing the vital issues which influence the future development of their business.

The main theme of the conference, Trade Finance Development, is now very important: trade finance is tightly connected with the situation in the international markets and the global economic climate. Considering the current turbulent situation, trade finance specialists now, as never before, have to keep up the dialogue with the international community. They need to establish new contacts and renew old partnerships, revise past experiences and prepare prerequisites for future recovery and progress. The conference was attended by top managers of the national export credit agencies - EDC, SACE, EGAP, EKN, EKSAR, FINNVERA, Euler Hermes, etc. On the 2014 conference agenda there were new themes for research and discussion - Know Your Client policy in customer relations and Finance Raising in non-European countries.
