Eni Reports on Purchase of Treasury Shares
OREANDA-NEWS. During the period from January 27 to January 31, 2014, Eni acquired n. 970,000 shares for a total consideration of € 16,351,545.94, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 May 2013, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
