OREANDA-NEWS. February 06, 2014. As it was informed in the National Bank of Moldova, commercial loans continue to prevail in the structure of loan portfolio of Moldovan banks. Their share increased from 38.2% in October up to 38.7% in November.

As of late December 2013 commercial loans amounted to 16 billion 870,1 million lei (+6,5% as compared to the previous month). As of late December loans issued to food industry amounted to 4 billion 062,02 million lei (- 0.3% in comparison with late November), industrial production loans - 3 billion 060,6 million lei (- 3.9%), consumer loans - 2 billion 615,1 million lei (+1,7%), loans in the field of rendering services - 2 billion 441,5 million lei (+13.3%) and agricultural loans - 2 billion 221,6 million lei (-3,5%).

Loans in the field of transport, telecommunications and network development totaled 2 billion 105,6 million lei (+2,1%), loans for acquisition or construction of the real estate - 1 billion, 810,6 million lei (+2,6%), loans to individuals operating in the field of construction-1 billion 525.6 million lei (-2,7%), loans to individuals engaged in various activities- 1 billion 499,9 million lei (-1,4%), loans to non-bank financial sector - 1 billion 103,06 million lei (+3,7%), energy loans - 1 billion 031,6 million lei (+15,1%).
