A group of Dutch experts is coming to Moldova soon to discuss promotion of Moldovan wine to the Netherlands, and Moldovan winemakers to accompany the Premier in his trip to the USA are going to study opportunities of extending their wine export to the American market, the Premier said. Besides, the Premier noted, since January 1 2013, Moldovan wine may be exported to the EU free of duties and in unlimited volumes.

An increase in the wine export is expected to be backed by endeavours of the National Vine and Wine Bureau, the launch of the single national brand “Wines of Moldova", modernization of wineries for money lent by the European Investment Bank, establishment of new vineyards, the better marketing.
